I know everyone reading this has a cell phone, and I’m sure everyone is aware of the enormous variety of games you can download these days…right? Well, my daughter owns a virtual pet shop as well as a virtual cat. But because she is too young to have her own cell phone, she plays all her games on my phone. He already had to make a decision about the sinful nature of the people in Noah’s time, and He promised to never destroy everyone again. So He decided to bring division, by going down to the people (through His Spirit) and confusing their speech.
